For online account users, to modify your e-mail subscriptions please let us know by modifying your preferences in the "My Account" section.  Please note that due to e-mail production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.

To delete all of your online account information from our database, sign into the "My Account" section of our site and remove your shipping addresses, billing addresses & payment information.  Please note that we may maintain information about an individual sales transaction in order to service that transaction and for record keeping.

If you would like to delete, amend or correct your personal information and are contacting us by e-mail, please put "Deletion Request" or "Amendment/Correction Request", as applicable, in the subject line of the e-mail. We will do our best to respond to all reasonable requests in a timely manner.

Your rights

You have the right to ask us not to process your personal data by contacting us, however if you make such a request we will be forced to close your account and you will not be able to use our services.
